- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup bell peppers (diced, mixed colors)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Gather all ingredients in your workspace.
- Boil salted water in a large pot; add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
