  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups wide egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. In the same pot, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  6. Shred or chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return to the pot along with soy sauce. Simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
