  • 8 oz fusilli or penne pasta

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (about 6 minutes). Add broccoli and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream while stirring; heat until almost boiling. Mix in grated Parmesan until melted.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the chicken, broccoli, and sauce; transfer to the greased baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes to brown the top.
