Instructions

  3. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat generously with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each chicken breast for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
