Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Stir in sugar and one egg; form into a ball and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Whisk together heavy cream, two eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Divide mixture into bowls and add gel food coloring.
  4. Roll out the chilled crust into a pie dish. Alternate pouring colored filling into the crust to create swirls.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set in the center. Let cool before slicing.
