Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually mix in sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture along with chopped pistachios.
  4. Carefully fold in blackberries, ensuring they remain intact. Spoon half the mixture over the crust, layer more blackberries, then add remaining filling. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
