  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  2. Wash and dry romaine lettuce; chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and fill with the mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, fold sides in, and roll tightly.
  5. Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
