  6. Roll out each colored dough between sheets of parchment paper into rectangles about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Layer one rectangle on top of the other, gently pressing them together, then roll tightly into a log shape.
  8. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  9. Slice the chilled log into 1/4-inch rounds and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Let cool before serving.
