  • 12 oz kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tortellini, kielbasa, bell peppers, zucchini, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. Mix until evenly coated.
