- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- 3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- 4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- 5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternately with milk until combined.
- 6. Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
- 7. Divide the batter between pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
