- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
