  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Stir in flour until crumbly.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan evenly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and gently fold in the blackberries.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the blackberry filling.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and slightly golden around the edges. Let cool completely before slicing.
