  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by mincing garlic and grating Parmesan cheese.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook spaghetti until al dente (8-10 minutes).
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook pancetta until crispy; add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add cut chicken breast strips; cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
