Instructions

  1. Prepare your pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pappardelle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the aromatics: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the mushrooms: Toss in sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Create the cream sauce: Pour in the heavy cream while stirring gently. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
