  • 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil or ghee

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat oil or ghee in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. Add bite-sized chicken pieces to the pot; sear until no longer pink.
  4. Mix in cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Pour in coconut milk and yogurt; stir gently.
  5. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 20 minutes until thickened.
