Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Pour cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. In another bowl, mix chopped pecans with dark corn syrup until coated; pour over cheesecake layer.
