Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the dairy-free dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  3. In a food processor, blend silken tofu, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and agave nectar until completely smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined springform pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set around the edges but slightly wobbly in the center. Let cool before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
