  • 1/4 cup raspberry puree or cooled coffee (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold in mascarpone until combined.
  3. Mix sugar and vanilla into the mascarpone mixture; taste and adjust sweetness.
