Instructions

  1. In a non-stick saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir continuously for 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or bowl and let it cool completely.
  3. Once cooled, lightly grease your hands with butter and scoop out small portions of the mixture. Roll them into balls about the size of cherries.
  4. Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
