  • 2 medium sweet onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chili oil (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (basil or parsley) for garnish (optional)

Instructions
