  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (approximately 1 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean the russet potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork.
  2. Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
