  5. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil. Layer sliced chicken and sautéed veggies atop each flatbread.
  6. Generously sprinkle shredded cheese over flatbreads.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
