Instructions

  3. Create a well in the flour mixture; add melted butter, warm milk, eggs, and the activated yeast mixture. Mix until combined.

  6. Punch down dough, divide into roughly 12 pieces, shape into balls, and arrange on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover rolls while preheating.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
