Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth, leaving some chunks for texture. Stir in the melted butter.
  3. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla until creamy.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.

  7. Layer half of the banana batter in the loaf pan followed by half of the swirl mixture; repeat with remaining batter and swirl. Use a knife to create marble patterns.
