  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  6. For the cinnamon swirl mix: combine 2 tbsp granulated sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  7. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mix.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
