Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease with coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats and mixed nuts until combined.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.
