  1. Prepare the dates: Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit without cutting them completely in half.
  2. Fill each date generously with peanut butter.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth, stirring between intervals.
  4. Dip each stuffed date into melted chocolate until fully coated and allow excess to drip off.
  5. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle chopped nuts and a pinch of sea salt on top.
  6. Place the coated dates on parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
