Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces; season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and chili sauce. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes per batch).
  4. Add bell peppers to the skillet; sauté until slightly softened (about 3 minutes).
  5. Whisk together rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and leftover marinade; pour over chicken and veggies. Cook until thickened.
