Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat sugar and vegetable oil until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time along with buttermilk until smooth.

  7. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
