- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
