  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse fresh spinach and pat dry. Chop artichoke hearts.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped spinach in olive oil until wilted (3-4 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, half of shredded cheese, sautéed spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread mixture in a baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices.
