  3. Pipe small mounds of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Avoid opening the oven early.
  5. In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  6. Once cooled, fill each puff with whipped cream using a piping bag. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
