Instructions

  2. Bake the crust for about 8 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool while preparing the filling.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the remaining sugar, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time on low speed; do not overmix. Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
