Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, chili powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter and eggs until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients using a spatula until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
