  • 2 ripe peaches (8 oz), thinly sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
