  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak strips for about 3 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
  4. Return steak to the skillet, add Worcestershire sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Lay out tortillas and fill each with the steak and veggie mixture. Top with provolone cheese.
  6. Roll tightly, tuck in sides, and place seam-side down on a heated skillet for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Slice diagonally and serve hot.
