Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef and Italian seasoning. Mix gently and shape into four patties about one inch thick.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each patty for about 4 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
