  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices (or preferred toppings)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil a large pot of water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, combine marinara sauce and Italian seasoning; heat over medium until bubbling. Stir in the cooked pasta until well-coated.
  4. Drizzle olive oil in a large baking dish, then pour half of the pasta mixture into the dish. Layer with half of the mozzarella cheese, followed by your choice of toppings. Add the remaining pasta mixture on top and finish with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
