  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
