  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with water. Add flour all at once and stir until the dough forms a ball.

  3. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Pipe small mounds of dough onto the sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart.

  6. Slice each puff horizontally without cutting all the way through, fill with strawberry cream, and replace tops.
