  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

  3. Form the mixture into patties about 2 inches wide.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Transfer to paper towels to absorb excess oil and serve immediately.
