- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach or kale
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Sauté chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add spinach or kale until wilted.
- 4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Italian seasoning; mix until combined.
- 5. Add Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta; toss to coat well.
- 6. Slice chicken and serve atop the creamy pasta.
