  • 8 soft slider buns

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey with salt, pepper, and thyme until well combined.
  2. Shape into 8 small patties, about 2 inches wide.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
