  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup fresh asparagus, chopped
  • 8 oz cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add Aromatics & Vegetables: In the same skillet, add minced garlic, mushrooms, and asparagus. Sauté until tender (about 5 minutes).
