Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a large pot or slow cooker and add chicken broth until submerged halfway.

  3. If using a stove, cover and simmer on low for about 1 hour; if using a slow cooker, set on low for 4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
  5. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and mix in remaining liquid with smoked paprika. Heat on low for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
  6. Serve in tacos, salads, or sandwiches.
