  • 1/2 cup sour cream (full-fat recommended)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  5. Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce; simmer until thickened.
  6. Return meatballs to the gravy; cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
