- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green), sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 6 tortillas (flour or corn)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken strips with olive oil and taco seasoning; toss until evenly coated.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the bowl; drizzle with lime juice and mix well.
