  • 3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green), sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 6 tortillas (flour or corn)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken strips with olive oil and taco seasoning; toss until evenly coated.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the bowl; drizzle with lime juice and mix well.
