Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Stir in the taco seasoning per package instructions.
  3. Allow the seasoned meat to cool slightly before combining it with the cooled pasta in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Chop the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and cilantro; add them to the bowl.
