  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onions until translucent. Allow to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, cooled onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the balsamic vinegar. Mix gently until just combined.
