  • 1/2 cup Gochujang sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Rinse the turkey and pat dry. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Gochujang sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Place the turkey on a roasting rack in a large pan. Brush half of the glaze over the turkey.
  4. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the thigh. Roast for about 3 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze.
  5. Once cooked, let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
